As a Customer Success Architect at Confluent, my role is to help customers successfully adopt data streaming, modernize their data architectures, and unlock real-time business value. I work closely with technical and business teams to design reliable streaming solutions, accelerate implementation, and support critical use cases across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
My focus is on helping customers move from batch-based data pipelines to real-time, event-driven systems that support analytics, operational intelligence, AI, machine learning, and faster decision-making.
I support customers across multiple industries including financial services, telecommunications, retail, automotive, energy, public sector, and technology. My work combines architecture guidance, hands-on technical expertise, customer enablement, and long-term adoption strategy.
I have always been passionate about new technologies. From my early university projects to enterprise-scale data platforms, I enjoy learning fast, solving complex technical challenges, and helping teams turn ideas into practical solutions.
